The temperature controller VE0016 serves as a variable function unit in order to regulate four heating circles which are working independently from each other. Up to four PT100 detectors can be connected to the temperature controller. The power transistor is connected by corresponding activation modules by a flat cable connection. We place at your disposal a comfortable software tool by which the parameterisation of the different heating circles is effected independently.
Every in- and outputs has got a status display via LED. The power supply of the temperature controller amounts to 16 – 30 V DC. The interface to the controlling PC is RS485 with a transfer rate of 115 KB. The addressing is effected by DIP switches.
There are two different modules for the power modules: VE0017 – 4 power relays 230V AC 4A and VE0025 – 4 power relays 48V DC 3A.
The modules can be installed on a standard base and are therefore suitable for the rail installation (35 mm).

The module is free from any mechanical adjustment possibilities, even internal. Parameterisation is exclusively carried out by the comfortable software tool. The module then works independently.
