The analogue sensor is a module for the measurement of transparent mediums (gases, liquids, glass, paper etc.). For this purpose, the module features a transmit diode which transfers the light through a specific medium via light guide. On the opposite side, there is another light guide which serves as a receiver of the light emitted from the transmit diode and transfers it to a sensor (element).
The module provides the user with different interfaces which are optimised for a manifold use: RS 232/485, digital I/O and analogue output 4-20 mA. The three interfaces can be used simultaneously.
